Campsite 3 has no fire pit which is a real inconvenience if you don’t know what you’re doing, luckily I know everything about camping

National Parks websites state there is no swimming in the lake as it is salt? Is this a definite?

I would say yes that’s correct but most times of the year the lake is bone dry and just a salt flats by Matt L.
