The Lodge Of Dundee

Went to have lunch. The man behind the little bar was too busy talking to a mate to even acknowledge us. The park was green and right on the beach with a boat ramp. The pub looked ramshackle like they just threw some tin up. The shady sites are very tight. Locals use the pub and fuel pumps out front and it seems they take precedence and get quite drunk and rowdy. Pretty place though, and the beach is lovely. Too bad you can't swim in it because of the crocs. Didn't end up having lunch there as planned because it was too hard to get served with only 1 customer at the bar. Pool is well kept, set up like a small public pool. Clean and plenty of seating available.

Stayed with 2 young boys and had a great time. Loved that we could access a pool, lovely restraunts with views and close by to toilets and showers blocks. The only thing is no fires are aloud and you have to pay for use of the bbq, sometimes when camping this can be annoying to find the coin to cook breakfast for hungry children early in the mornings. The boys spent of the days on the beach with sandtoys, dad fishing and mum having a few cocktails perfect spot for a lovely getaway.
