Lovely spot on the river with a community of regular locals camping there. The ferry to go to town is great. Little township with abundant op-shop and very affordable and quality food take-away called Riverview.

Having used a lot of free campsites in SA this one is one of the best. The sites were large and was able to pitch tent easily. Having a flushable toilet was an added bonus. It even had toilet paper. We did not catch any fish but was worth the trip.
