Pretty decent site. First in best dressed. Not much fire wood as all the dead trees were rotten and burnt too quickly. Would see kangaroos and wombats here and there which was nice. NO PETS ALLOWED... Read more

Bush camping. First come first serve. Unfortunately had loud adolescent neighbours rock up and blast music until about 3 in the morning. Not the sites fault however and usually wouldn’t mind but it really was excessive. Bring own wood as it’s been truly raided. People have used the Bush as their toilet around camp which is bad with the flies. Saw a number of large brown snakes the night we spent there. Has access to fishing spots however the water is very shallow and their are only very few accessible spots. A kayak might help. Overall maybe nice for one night if quiet or maybe longer if you are there to explore on a kayak and use it as a base.
