Great open campsite. Can camp right on side of the river when it isn’t too busy. Close to towns for sightseeing. There is only 1 drop toilet for the whole site which would get a bit nasty during peak... Read more

Great place for overnighter to get an early start at hitting feathertop hike. Can get crowded during holidays and long weekends.

Went on bright autumn festival weekend, was no problem getting a spot. Lovely area, great for nice long bike rides also
