Very good site. Arrived early on a bank weekend, so it was busy, but just myself and a motorcycle, so managed to slot myself in. Lots of people prospecting on the creek, looked like fun. Nice walks around the surrounding area looking at all the diggings and mining that had been undertaken. Nice spot.
Stayed here often, drop toilet. Fire pit, nice running creek, dry in summer
Lovely quiet bush setting. First in best dressed. There was a creek close by that we used for washing water. Kids had a blast panning for gold in the creek too. Have been in caravan parks till now but this place has convinced us to do free bush camping more!!! The drive in is on unpacked gravel road but very pretty and no problem for our family van.
