IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER / BACKPACKER, DON’T COME !!! The caretaker is extremely rude and borderline racist to any foreign person. I phoned him earlier to see if there were powersites available. As English isn’t my native language, I couldn’t understand everything he was saying. He literally shouted at me, over articulating like I was a 5yo child… what a humiliating experience. This isn’t the only bad experience a foreigner has had with this guy (check the Google Maps reviews). Avoid staying here, don’t give your well earned money to this rude, racist guy.

Excellent stopover en route to Esperance. We stayed in an unpowered section, really nice and roomy. Hot showers, clean (small) camp kitchen and laundry facilities available. We went to the pub and had a pleasant evening chatting with other travellers. The food looked good, order before 4pm for dinner.
