Large grass sites, old sad playground. Good sized games room with table tennis and pool table, lounge and tv. Good location to base yourself to explore Hobart and surrounds. Pool indoor but not heated, well only by sun...we were there in December and it wasn’t open, far too cold!

The new owners (2 -3 years) have spent a significant amount of time in updating this property. Pool, bbq facilities, toilets, timed but free showers are all perks. However disabled people would only ba
