We dropped into Richardson bend last night for a one night stop on our travels. It was lovely and peaceful. You need to be fully self contained, which we are. You need to choose your time to go on here as the road is rough and after recent heavy rains the creeks had risen and over were over the road, so we had two over the road water crossings to get in. We woke in the morning to an inquisitive herd of highland cows, so was glad to be in a caravan not a tent. A walk down along the Murray and off we went.
