It can get super windy at times. Pros: close to jetty for fishing and right next to the beach. Cons: cold shower.

Spent two nights here and absolutely loved it. Regardless of no shower and fresh water, the campsite is right on the beach with beautiful clear water, which is definitely worth the money. Dog friendly which was a bonus. Will definitely be back!

Lovely visit to Rapid Bay campground. Onsite Duty Caretaker was lovely and very helpful. Grounds are kept near and clean.
