This was a nice enough park. Kids appreciated the pool, splash pad and pump track. Facilities were good. We did have a scooter go missing from the amenities block one evening but it showed up the next day thankfully. The river front is not really for swimming. Quite muddy and uninviting. I’m told you can pick up whiting on the high tide but you really need a boat to get the most out of your fishing.
Very clean and tidy park. Hot showers, camp fires able if in fire pits. Can be provided by the park at a cost. Highly recommended
Massive park! ... staff are lovely, amenities are some of the best we have come across on our travels... spacious well set out & spotless. Swimming pool is great, there’s a toddlers pool also with a shade sail 👍🏻 The jumping pillow is nicely set out & there’s a playground for the kiddos. The waterfront isn’t that nice unfortunately. Very shallow & rocky, great for crabbing! The sites are all big, level & have mats. shame they are all so dusty at the moment & the tiny gravel gets everywhere. This time of the year bring your mozzie repellent, they are ferocious little buggers!
