The campsite had great modern and clean facilities, with each site providing a personal fire pit, fresh water and electricity. The location was also great, surrounded by nature and just a short 5 minute walk to a local beach. The stay was approximately $38 for a powered site a night which I thought was good value.
We thought this was a beautiful caravan park. We stayed using a powered site and thought the setup was great, each site with its own fire pit (if you’re like me and love a camp fire, you’ll appreciate this!) Facilities were nice and clean, although the showers were on a 5 minute timer - I wasn’t a huge fan of this but it’s understandable considering water restraints, I just wished the water got hot a bit quicker so you don’t lose actual showering time. Would highly recommend a stay here!
It’s a nice park with friendly staff. The sites are quite large and drive through which makes it easy for any larger vehicles. Every site also had its own fire pit right next to it, although we didn’t use it we thought this was a great idea. Lots of local wildlife around too which is an added bonus. The amenities were clean, the showers are free although there is a 5 minute limit, this was the only real drawback in my opinion as the hot water took a minute to kick in so the shower was really only 4 minutes (if you wanted to be cheeky when it’s not busy you only have to wait two minutes before having another 5 minute shower, the hot water kicks in a lot sooner the second time)
