Stayed one night here in April 2025. There were lots of flies as it’s very warm. You could hear the cars on the freeway, but that doesn’t bother us at all. Dogs are welcome and it’s FREE! Beautiful r... Read more

Lovely spot along the beautiful Ovens River. The water is beautiful & fairly clear. If you can ignore the traffic on the Hume Highway, it’s a great spot for FREE. No facilities, but who cares if you’re self contained. I think there would be great fishing here. Fabulous spot for overnight or even 2.
