Gorgeous place except the people who have left crap everywhere and abandoned campsites. WARNING though only small areas are drive able as the rest is soft sand and there are numerous bogs being rescue... Read more

Lovely spot along the beautiful Ovens River. The water is beautiful & fairly clear. If you can ignore the traffic on the Hume Highway, it’s a great spot for FREE. No facilities, but who cares if you’re self contained. I think there would be great fishing here. Fabulous spot for overnight or even 2.
