Drive down the dirt road for quite a while until you reach the lake. There are two small spots with large rocks around them to show where the designated camping spots are. Only two available. I camped at the second one right on the water. Gorgeous view but no amenities. 17mins drive to cradle mountain visitor centre so you can’t go wrong!!

Spots down by the lake are super windy- no good in a high top. We ended up camping in the two spots closer the main road and they were more protected. Nothing in the way of amenities. Really close to cradle mountain!

Tiny place, but great location. No facilities and very windy and cold. Saw a wombat too :)

Follow the gravel road towards Lake Lea, there is a dedicated camping area just before the lake. Nothing in the way of amenities. Beautiful view.
