Friendly staff. Grateful to get a spot but the road noise is very difficult. Mostly a permanent persons park.

Will not give our money back. Paid for a week but stayed 1 night as our son needed to come home for treatment for his crohns disease we received a phone call from his specialist asking us to get him back as his blood test results showed a major decline and went a seen sharlene and she stated she did not know how to do a refund and that she would get her boss to do it. Rang later that day she said yes it had been done and to wait 2-5 days. 5 days passed I rang and asked for a refund receipt she said once she gets back into the office. Nearly 2 weeks later still no refund or refund receipt. Do not recommend this park because obviously honesty is not her forte or does she care. This is a lot of money to us and to not have it refunded is just a kick in the guys. We wanted to take our son away to help cheer him up due to Covid and his immune system he has had to be isolated quite a bit since Covid hit and this is what we get for trying to do so. Shame on you Oakwood Caravan Park.
