Great park right on Northern shores of Port Stephens. Walk to two beautiful beaches also from Tea Gardens a Ferry to Nelson Bay.

Very good caravan park nestled between the beach and Nelson bay. Friendly, local dingoes roam through the park now and then and there’s plenty of bird life and Jimmy’s beach itself is great. Could do with now kids activities/equipment but apart from that a great place. Can confirm there are hot showers despite the listing (and other online sources) showing none.

Great location. Close to the bay for swimming with little kids. Walking distance to surf beach. Great spot for fishing and water activities. Overall it’s pretty well maintained. We will be back.

Clean park, can get quite busy, great if you have dogs. Walking access to the beach.
