Nice area to camp at, plenty of sites, very close to the waterfalls, there are drop toilets and also fire pits, just make sure you bring lots of wood especially around winter! Learnt that the hard way... Read more

Well set out and presented campsite. Good drop toilets and fires allowed. Winter is extremely cold so I would recommend you take plenty of dry firewood. There are firepits there but they have a steel flange around them that makes it very difficult to get good heat out of your campfire unless you stack a ridiculous amount of wood in there to get the fire at least 6 inches off the ground. (If the management team cut holes in the firepit collars it would so much easier to maintain a small fire and stay warm) Campground 1 has bollards which probably stops hoons tearing up the camping areas but means you have to carry your gear to your site, this also creates congestion on the access roads with cars having to park there. Loved the place but probably won't go back there. Other negative is its accessible to 2wd which makes it accessible to hoons

Very busy when we went over the Australia day long weekend. There were some weirdos being inappropriate towards the girls in our group. Campsite, drop toilets both very clean. Definitely go for a hike towards the falls. Water is nice to wade in but a little cold. We also found gold flakes floating in the water
