Pay online via national parks website 13.50 a night. We spent 4 nights (mid September) in a camper and dog on leash - lovely afternoon shaded spot on the main river - a car width and a half off the dirt road with morning sun until midday. Was a slight challenge to launch our hired canoe (delivered by Canoes Aventure Riverland) the bank is eroded but not the steepest descents seen at other campsites. A few cars would pass us and return due to being a dead end and it caused a bit of dust issue but not busy. Take wood and leave no trace. Loved it.
