Awesome spot. Really friendly staff and good vibe. Great burgers, nice grassy sites and great walking tracks.

Stopped a couple of days here on my way to the Tip. Top spot to stop off and relax and wash off some of that red dust. Green grass, mango-addicted cows, palm cockatoos, wallabies, friendly scrub turkeys Simon and Simone, even cus-cus can sometimes be spotted. Fish the barra hole, walk the cave creek circuit or just relax in the shade. Managers Barb and Andrew are awesome - helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
