Lovely bush camp site, set around the old town (all buildings long gone), heaps of room, no amenities (there are some about 4kms away) the main attraction is the abandoned mine and the price (free) and no set time limits. We explored both Cloncurry and Mt Isa from this location (felt safe to unhitch and just take the vehicle to explore)

Old ghost town great for camping plenty of space to set up through the whole town would be better if it was gold coin donation so long drop toilets could be put in. Can set up your caravan on the concrete floors of the old buildings cos the rest of the structures have been removed

Great place to sit and relax for a few days all off grid and you will have lots of wild life and cows visiting by Anycamper
