Question:

Just wondering what the tracks are like driving in and out... 4x4 recommended? and how intense is the off roading? Thanks!!

Answer:

You can access the main campground in 2WD but just be careful of some of the offshoots that might be soft. You definitely need 4WD to access the beach camping though. by Off The Trax

Question:

Hi. Are we able to get a 20ft semi off-road caravan onto the beach camping sites? Cheers Shaun

Answer:

It all depends on driver ability but even then we wouldn't recommend it as the sand was soft when we were there. It may pay also to contact with the council if they still run it. While we were there the campground was being taken over by the local Aboriginal group. Hope this was helpful. by Alicia P.
