Off The Trax

We had planned to camp on the beach but with the wind forecast we opted to stay in the main campground for a little more protection. Despite being school holidays there were still a good range of spots to choose from. There are drop toilets, no showers and some camp kitchens dotted throughout. Many sites have fire pits and there’s also rubbish bins. It’s only a short drive to the beach and quick trip to Kalbarri. Dogs permitted on a lead. Drop in to see the caretakers to pay camping fees on your way in. They also seek firewood for $18 a bag when we visited.
