Large flat camping area opposite the Hotel. Very friendly people at the Hotel and the corner store.

Beautiful, easy free camp in the old rail yard. Linville Hotel just across the road, great food. Outdoor shower on the toilet block.

Lots of space, for both caravans and tents, a decent amount of grass to set up on. Good toilets with a decent outdoor shower. Rubbish bins available and potable water! There’s also a quiet pub across the street, didn’t try it but apparently it has decent food.

Question:

Is the 24hr time limit enforced. We were hoping to stay for weekend. ?

Answer:

We were just there this past weekend. It was obvious some had stayed more than a night. Like anything I feel like as long as you’re being respectful and not staying weeks in end you’re probably okay. by Kelsey A.
