This really is a wonderful place to stay, right on the water. Only let down are the amenities as they are old and ran down but very clean. You can fish from your site it’s that close to the water, friendly staff ( and swans ) as it’s on the grounds of the football grounds there are at time a few extra people around on training nights and weekends. Have stayed in Lakes many times and will definitely stay here again next time back in March we only paid $25 a night
