A serene freecamp (no fees at all) on a very large lake with good fishing. Toilets provided and they are in acceptable condition however, they are a 5 minute walk away from the lake front sites and suggest you drive to them. There are at least 30-40 waterfront campsites. There is a good fenced children's playground, an off lead dog park (also fenced) and plenty of shady spots to camp. Visits are limited to 48-hours however, I doubt anyone is policing that rule. No fires or fire pits. The nearby town has a decent grocery store that sells a large range of groceries including meat and vegetables. There's also a very decent historic pub! A recommended camp-site.
