What a little gem! Bird life was astounding, wallabies. Water was a nice temp for a dusk swim. Quiet even the week of Christmas- no facilities but who cares.

Totally Fabulous place to stay if you are fully self contained. Lots of areas to camp along the banks of the murrimbidgee incredible spot massive river gums, wonderful bird life, totally peaceful with great sections of beach and grassed areas what a find!

Pretty delightful spot next to the river. A few people around but there are lots of spaces around. Seems a few locals use the spot as a landing point for boats, so expect a few folk around at dusk and morning.

This place was a really interesting, it was huge, there were so many places to set up camp! You have to take a gravel road in for several kilometres but we had a Toyota Camry and it was a breeze. Once you get into the camp area you have to be careful not to drive through a big hole but otherwise just drive with caution. Make sure you have enough water when you go because there isn’t any available on site. Also there are no toilets or garbage bins available so it’s a pack out what you brought in type of place. If you had a camper with a toilet this would be an amazing place to spend a few days and do some fishing by the river or ride around on dirt bikes if you have them. There are some really cool bike trails that you can ride around on! Overall the location is really awesome!
