Stayed for a few nights in a tent, great spot, loved the space, lots of drop toilets and shade from trees. Really big camping area, it was quiet, only a few overnight campers & it was school holidays. There were campers over the other side of grounds with motorbikes and didn't here any noise, that's how big grounds are. No road noise. Kangaroos & Emus roam around occasionally. There are some walks throughout the park which were nice. Would be lovely in the cooler months, less flies. Ferral Bees can be annoying so hide your water in your car. But we loved the peacefulness of the camp area and the beautiful surrounds of the desert, really interesting place. Great stargazing on a clear night. Don't forget the insect net. We had noisy people park their car and tents right next to us on the last night which was weird because the camp grounds are so huge and there was no one else there, thats why we left or we would have stayed a bit longer but the snoring of the neighbors drove us away..
