As close as it is to the centre of town, it’s very peaceful. Toilets are old but clean and flushable, all taps are town water . Nice and flat with a bit of grass for the tent, even a great fire pit

This is a great place to stay for the night it has clean toilets and water available. There is a very friendly camp host who takes care of the place ( Shieldsy) Please if you stay here donate whatever you can and look after these types of camps many are shutting as they are being abused by freeloaders, it’s so important to help these small towns. Support the locals by shopping and spending in town and look after the facilities that they provide.
