To be fare the park is excellent for families, boating, fishing, kayaking. It was not for me who was looking for a few tranquil days in nature, or at least some real grass and access to a dog beach. The park is clear cut, organized, friendly, children can hire go-cars, bicycles and adults can hire kayaks. The park is facing to an inlet, which is safe for those. Swimming would have been difficult because of the muddy shore.
