Wonderful quiet place, drop toilets pretty bad but usable, plenty of firepits. Campervans setup is separate from tents. Fishing not great. Good walking/hiking areas. Dogs welcome and must be on a lead, horses, cows and alpacas close by. Bring citronella oil to deter wasps.

Very Nice campsite just next to Goulburn river. So much to do. Water is very clean for water fun. Good spot for family getaway.

Question:

Why is it fenced off so that you can’t get close to a campsite due to being fenced off ?

Answer:

Too many vehicles were tearing up the place and or getting stuck so parks Vic put a lock on the gate. Obvious negative of this is carrying your stuff a fair decent way but on the plus side it isn’t getting torn up or choked up with vehicles anymore. by Alex L.
