Does the job, if you have a caravan, RV or rooftop). Sloped site (5-10%), flush toilets, $5 nightly payment in honesty box. There's a mains water tap at the northern end of the park, near what looks... Read more
No tents allowed
Quiet shady area with lush cricket ground to run around on. There is a playground opposite the campground. Whilst the campground is on a lean, you can find plenty of level spots. A bit dusty but toilets were clean and caretaker visits twice per day. You can run a generator if needed. Be sure to visit Murray Street Wines, we had a great experience there. $10pp tasting (which comes off your purchase). Very welcoming staff and our son had fun too! Clean toilets. Plenty of sites, but not that many flat sites. Most under very tall trees so plenty of shade. Family and dog friendly. Short walk to pub. Dump point. Honesty box.

Does this place get busy on a long weekend?
I am local and the most I have ever seen there is 19 vans. Given that, it doesn't leave that much more room and a lot of sites aren't that level. An alternative would be the Showgrounds at Kapunda. I am not a great lover of caravan parks. by Ivor Carter
