Helpful receptionist, good site in a quietish spot. Amenities were very clean with good facilities. Superb location for a short stroll into the lively town or to the beach.

Byrons best Caravan park and location We have stayed at first sun 4 times over the years and we love the sensational location on the beach, proximity to town and all treasures of Byron. We tend to use our bikes to get around and the car gets very little use. Love First Sun

Right in the heart of Byron with private access to the beach. Pitches are spacious. The amenities are spotless and have hot showers. I imagine mid season, this site may get busy due to it being within walking distance to the main hub of Byron’s bar & restaurant scene but overall we had peaceful, quiet stay. Great views of the sunset from the private beach.
