Absolute amazing spot good for swimming and relaxing getting away from home

Extremely lovely grounds! Well kept green grass and all on a fairly flat surface. Right next to the river which looks like there would be some spots that could be swimmable. The toilets and shower facilities could definitely use an upgrade but otherwise a winner
