Nice place. Quiet and close to the river and beach with lots of murals on permanent residents sites. Has got a great bird Avery, tennis court and pool with outdoor bbq area. Amenities were fab too and very well looked after. Only thing that would make it better is the two playgrounds being upgraded for the kids as they were very basic and run down.
