Magical river(creek) walks and bird life. Road trains on the narrow bridge a bit noisy depending just where you camp. Very large area both sides. It has been said Coopers Creek is the only place in the world where two rivers join to form a creek.

Really pretty spot for camping or even a lunch stop before getting into Windorah. Picnic Bench under trees just after bridge on left.

Flies!!!!! But hey it’s Australia river very low but some lovely river tumbled stones to find . Shady spots bins and toilets on far side. One of the loveliest information centres run by great helpful... Read more
