Great little spot, has a toilet block and beautiful river scenery.. it’s quite close to the highway so just need to be careful letting the dogs off the lead

Free campsite located just off the Henty Highway. Dump toilet and bins provided. Redfin and carp were biting. Only downside is the proximity to the highway but traffic throughout the night was very light. Nice and clean area, great for a night or two

Spent ages looking for the site that was listed as having picnic tables, bbqs and flushing toilets. Turns out this description is wrong. There is a long drop toilet and nothing else. The area around the rivers edge is covered in large ants. Further along might be better. Right by the highway but it’s not an extremely busy highway. Good for an overnighted in a caravan.

Very peaceful. Gorgeous site with grass and scattered red gums. Creek was a bit swampy at our site to fish but we were happy walking and relaxing. Son was bitten by an ant which was terrifying to him... Read more
