Nice little 48 hour free camp here. Toilets (with baby change table!), bbq, kids playground, sheltered area, awesome carved look out platform and a sweet valley to wake up to. Enough room for about 8-10 smaller campers. (It filled up by 10pm). I woke up, jumped out my kombi to have breakfast and watched as eagles circled and floated on the current over the valley! Lush! Also, two houses back on to the spot so that might make lone travellers fell a little more safe. (Not that I met the residents to vouch for them!) A sweet spot and worth a stop over. Only 4 stars as there’s no tree cover for hot days and on a windy day, which it was, it’s very exposed to the elements.

A very beautiful stop to sleep! The view is amazing and even though there were quite a few vans, the night was very quiet. It is also easy to access for camper vans, because the road up is surfaced. T... Read more

Very nice camp. Clean and a beautiful view. BBQ, fire pit, toilets, water, Picknick area, playground,... It got quite busy after 8 so get there a bit earlier and you get a nice straight spot with view :)

Nice spot with a lookout point and lovely view of the valley. Clean toilets with loo roll and soap, bbq area, benches, little park with swings and an outside sink. No drinking water (rain water tanks are used) and we were unable to connect our filter to the tap as it was just a kitchen tap rather than a proper outdoor tap. Easy to find and access with plenty of parking (although not many flat spots).

Awesome spot for an overnighter or two, great view, big firepit for those cool nights, bbq area, great toilets. We went on few hikes in the Brisbane Ranges down the rd and got a great stargazing clear night. Enjoyed it here.
