Amazing campsite! 20+ areas to set up ranging from 50m2 to acres of land. Flat grassy areas as close or as far from the river as you like. Minimal bogan damage, a few scars from doughnuts and the odd Woodstock and coke can. Disappointed to find huge numbers of discarded wet wipes at some spots was the only down side. Drive in (from Moruya) was fun. Definitely 4WD only, not technical just really steep in parts but plenty of traction on good surface. We didn't actually get to the campsite.... 🤣 But stayed on the Moruya side of the river.... But so worth it.... We had the best entertainment watching cars go through the river... Beautiful spot ... For those wondering there is no Telstra reception.... From what we heard there isn't any at all but can confirm no Telstra.... Also best to have a snorkel on your vehicle....

Beautiful place! The first area you drive through is best for river access, but if you continue straight and cross the river again, it’s just absolutely stunning, reminds me of Jurassic Park!
