Quite a nice location a short distance from town. During our stay there did seem to be a bit of standing water around the particular site we selected but there were ample other sites available that we could have otherwise moved to. The amenities we used were a little old and could do with some TLC but other than that we look forward to visiting again some time in the future.

We recently stayed for 8weeks. Quiet tourist park just outside the hustle and bustle of Armidale CBD. Approx 5min drive. Felt safe and relaxed, no issues with other campers or permanent residents. Kid friendly park with plenty of grass spaces & playground. Unfortunately, I cant speak for pool or games room as we didn’t use. Shower/toilet facilities a little run down but clean & tidy. Great shower pressure! Conveniently down the road from Aldi which was good.
