Great spot for a free camp! We stayed 2 nights parked up across the lane from a nice little pub in a large gravel-lined carpark connected to a great kids playground, village walking / biking tracks & in walking distance to a truly lovely village with close proximity to many vineyards. Toilets are locked overnight & re-open at 7am. BYO water. Would defo stay here again.

Nice location, everything in walking distance with a great park for the kids. Toilets reopened at 7am

White gravel parking behind a nice and elegant pub. Children park ground nearby, grass field and start of the Barossa trail. Toilet open during late evening and night on site, but reopened from 7am in the morning. Space for caravans. Angaston is a nice little village with few options to dine in.

The site is located in the pub car park and backs on to bike and walking trails. It’s free and space for caravans. There are no facilities, however, there are bathrooms located only a few minutes walk away, in the town centre. The bike trails lead to most wineries in the Barossa valley.
