Clean facilities, but no shops within walking distance. Camp at the back, to avoid the road noise. I loved the resident rooster and chickens roaming around!

Very nice staff and good facilities with a full kitchen and clean sanitary. Good location near penguin parade and nice one night spots on the pond. Lot of noise from the road and the rooster that lives there, not great for sleeping (in a tent) though

We stayed two nights, which I had first contacted the place about reserving a site (as the business is close to the penguins so I assumed it would be busy). When we got there the owner made a huge deal saying it was an enquire not a booking? Being extremely rude for no reason. The site however is nice, very close to all the attractions, fire pits available, very quiet (no one was there whilst our visit), kitchen, showers and laundry.
